Every Porsche built after 2012 needs PIWIS 2 or PIWIS 3 battery registration after a replacement — even the 911 Carrera. The coding writes the new Ah capacity and serial to the central control module so the energy management applies the correct charge curve. Skipping it causes the car to overcharge or undercharge the new AGM and can trip charging faults on the dashboard within weeks. We bring a genuine PIWIS kit on every Porsche call.

Underground & Valet-Ready
Most Porsches we service are in office underground parking or residential basements. Our technicians are trained on tight-space Porsche access — the front-mounted 911 battery fits through the frunk with the boot-release procedure, the Macan needs the passenger seat slid back, and the Panamera requires boot trim to be released cleanly.
Emergency Taycan 12V aux failures are common — the car locks out and cannot be opened normally. We arrive with a Taycan-ready external 12V port kit and the correct sequence to unlock, replace the aux, and code it in on PIWIS.

Does Porsche really need PIWIS coding?
Yes on every 911, Cayenne, Panamera, Macan and Taycan built since 2012. The energy management module needs the new battery serial and capacity written to it via PIWIS 2 or PIWIS 3.
Where is the battery on a 911?
The main battery on a 911 (991, 992 generations) sits in the front luggage compartment — the frunk — under a removable cover on the right side.
My Taycan is locked out with a dead 12V — can you help?
Yes. The Taycan's wake-up battery failing means doors and boot will not respond.
Can you service a Porsche in office underground parking?
Yes. We work in DIFC basements, Business Bay towers, JLT cluster basements and Downtown underground all week. All tools are self-powered — we do not need mains.
Can I pay in instalments for a Porsche battery?
Yes. starting from AED 1,150 range splits nicely into four Tabby or Tamara payments (roughly starting from AED 300 per payment). We also accept all major cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
