About Bosch Batteries
Robert Bosch GmbH is a German engineering group founded in Stuttgart in 1886 and one of the world's largest OE component suppliers. Bosch has been producing starter batteries since 1926 and today supplies batteries — in one technical form or another — to Volkswagen Group, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche and several Japanese manufacturers. Bosch batteries are manufactured at Clarios facilities in Europe and sold under the Bosch brand, using the same plate technology you would find in the equivalent Varta Silver Dynamic.
In the UAE, Bosch is a mainstream premium choice. The S3 range is the economy line, S4 is the mainstream premium flooded option, S5 adds extra reserve capacity and cycle life, and S5A is the absorbent glass-mat range fitted to start-stop and luxury vehicles. Compared with Varta, Bosch tends to be slightly cheaper at equivalent capacity while offering broadly the same heat tolerance and warranty.

Every Bosch battery we fit carries a replacement warranty up to 18 months covering manufacturing defects, internal short circuits and premature capacity loss. Warranty claims are handled by us directly — we send a technician back to load-test the battery, and if it fails we replace it on-site the same day. S4 flooded and S5A AGM share the same warranty terms.
Not covered: physical damage, deep discharge from parasitic drain, incorrect fitment and alternator-related failures. When we fit the battery we load-test the alternator and regulator, which catches the vast majority of charging-system faults before they affect the new battery.
