Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

These terms govern the services provided by Car Battery Squad ("we", "us") to customers ("you") in Dubai, UAE. By booking our service through WhatsApp, phone, email or our website carbatterysquad.ae, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Service

We provide mobile car battery sales and installation, emergency jumpstart, and car recovery coordination across Dubai. Recovery is delivered through vetted partner providers. All services are quoted on a per-visit basis with no obligation beyond the agreed fit.

Terms and conditions — Car Battery Squad Dubai.

2. Booking and Quotes

Quotes provided on WhatsApp, phone or email are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed before dispatch and matches the invoice at completion. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if, on arrival, the vehicle turns out to have a different battery size or additional requirements from what was described (for example, dual-battery setup, BMS coding, restricted access). Any adjustment will be confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of 5% VAT unless noted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, bank transfer, Tabby, and Tamara. Payment is due on completion of the service unless prior credit terms have been agreed (typically for corporate fleet customers). Tabby and Tamara instalment plans are subject to those providers' terms of service.

4. Warranty

Every battery we sell and fit carries a manufacturer warranty up to 18 months, serviced at your Dubai location free of charge. Full coverage and exclusions are set out on our warranty page, which forms part of these terms. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover physical damage, deep over-discharge, incorrect charging due to vehicle faults, or aftermarket overload.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any booking at no charge up until our technician is dispatched. Once dispatched, a call-out fee may apply if the service is cancelled on arrival or the customer is unreachable at the agreed location. For emergency jumpstart callouts specifically, the starting from AED 99 call-out fee applies if we arrive on site and the customer then declines any service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, fuel type) so the correct battery is dispatched.
  • Confirming ownership of the vehicle or authorisation to arrange service.
  • Providing safe access to the vehicle at the agreed location, including any building/basement clearance if required.
  • Any impact of unplugging electrical systems for battery replacement (loss of radio presets, seat memory, etc.). We use memory savers as standard but cannot guarantee 100% preservation on every car.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in relation to the service is limited to the value of the service provided, except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where UAE law requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of use while awaiting a warranty battery swap).

In particular, we are not liable for: (a) pre-existing vehicle faults (alternator, parasitic drain, wiring) which cause a healthy battery to fail; (b) damage caused by customer-supplied batteries; (c) delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (weather, traffic, force majeure).

8. Recovery Service Disclaimer

Our car recovery service is coordinated through vetted Dubai recovery partners. While we verify our partners, the actual tow is delivered by an independent operator. Any damage or claim arising from the tow itself is handled by the recovery operator under their own terms. See our recovery page for details.

9. Intellectual Property

The carbatterysquad.ae website, logo, design and content are owned by Car Battery Squad. You may not copy, redistribute or republish our content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect service changes or regulatory requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use of our service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from our service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
