Yes. Clear coat failure on roofs, bonnets and tailgates is one of the most common things we fix on older Mitsubishis in Dubai. Polishing won't help once the lacquer has lifted, so we sand back to stable paint, prime where necessary, spray colour and clear coat, then blend into the neighbouring panels. A rhythmic click on full lock usually points to a worn outer CV joint, often because a split boot has let sand and water in and grease out. On Pajeros that go off-road this is very common. Catching it at the boot stage means only the boot needs replacing; once the joint itself is noisy, the driveshaft or joint usually has to be renewed. Yes. CVTs in the Outlander, ASX and Lancer depend on clean fluid of the correct specification and don't tolerate overheating well, which is a real risk in Dubai summer traffic. We read the gearbox data for temperature history and fault codes, check fluid condition, and change it with the specified fluid where needed. If the scan shows wear beyond what a fluid service can address, we explain the options and quote before doing anything further.

It depends how you use the car. If your Pajero mostly does motorway and city driving with occasional gravel, a highway-terrain or mild all-terrain tyre gives quieter running and better wear. If you go into the dunes most weekends, a stronger all-terrain with tougher sidewalls is worth it. Whatever you choose, we'll check the size and load rating match the vehicle, then balance the wheels and finish with an alignment so the new tyres wear evenly.
