A full computerised diagnostic scan starts from AED 150, and that fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair. Beyond that, cost depends entirely on the job and the brand. A brake pad replacement typically runs AED 350 to AED 900, an oil change AED 180 to AED 480, and an AC gas refill from AED 250. Larger work such as gearbox or engine repair is quoted only after diagnosis. You always receive a written quote before we touch anything, and nothing proceeds without your approval.

We collect your car from your home, office or the roadside, bring it to our Al Quoz workshop, carry out the work, and deliver it back to the address you choose. There is no fee for the collection or the return, and it is included even if you only book a diagnostic scan. If your car cannot be driven safely, we arrange recovery instead at no extra cost within Dubai.

We fit genuine OEM parts by default on every brand we service. Where a genuine part is on long back-order or you would prefer a lower-cost option, we will offer a quality OEM-equivalent alternative and tell you plainly what the difference is in price, warranty and expected life. The choice stays with you. We never substitute a part without telling you first, and the part grade used is written on your invoice so there is a record of exactly what went into your car.

Routine work such as an oil change, brake pads, battery replacement or an AC regas is usually completed the same day. Diagnostics take two to four hours depending on how many modules need reading. Suspension and steering jobs typically take one to two days. Gearbox, engine and bodywork are longer and are quoted case by case once we know the extent of the fault. If a part we fitted fails inside its warranty period, we collect the car, diagnose it and put it right at no charge to you. The free pickup and delivery applies to warranty visits too, so a return visit costs you nothing beyond the time it takes.

Our workshop is in Al Quoz, Dubai, and it is open from 9AM to 9PM every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. You do not need to come to it. Most customers never visit, because we collect the car and return it once the work is finished. Our call centre is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can book a repair or arrange a collection at any time, including outside workshop hours. Our mobile battery replacement team also operates 24/7 for roadside emergencies.

Yes. We accept Tabby and Tamara, so you can split the cost of a repair into instalments instead of paying the full amount up front. Both options are available on repair work and on parts, and approval is handled in a few minutes on your phone at the point you approve the quote. We also take cash, all major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. There is no price difference between paying in instalments and paying in full.
