I'm stuck on SZR — can you come?
Yes. We regularly attend breakdowns on Sheikh Zayed Road — typical arrival 25 to 45 minutes depending on which interchange you are at. Move to the hard shoulder where safe and send us your exact location pin on WhatsApp.
Can you just jump-start me if my battery is new?
Yes. If your battery is less than 18 months old and tests good after a jump, we only charge the jump-start fee (AED 100) and you drive away. We always test before selling a new battery.
How fast will you actually arrive?
In Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Al Quoz, Deira and Downtown: typical 25 to 45 minutes. In further zones (Mirdif, Silicon Oasis, DIP, Jebel Ali): 25 to 45 minutes.
Do I need to be with the car?
Not necessarily. If you trust the valet/security at your building to open the bonnet, we can fit the battery in your absence and you pay via WhatsApp invoice. Many customers use this for an office car park scenario.
What if I need help outside Dubai?
We cover all of Dubai. For Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Ajman we can dispatch in an emergency but response times are longer and an extra travel fee may apply — WhatsApp us and we will confirm.
