No. We are an independent multi-brand workshop on Al Manara Street, Al Quoz, and we are not connected to the Nissan dealer network. We do carry out Nissan maintenance to the manufacturer's schedule, with genuine or OE-spec parts and an itemised invoice recording mileage and work done. Owners under a manufacturer warranty should check their warranty terms before using any outside workshop for repairs. Out of warranty, many Patrol and X-Trail owners move their routine servicing to us for the shorter wait.

Common signs include a shudder when pulling away, a rising whine at steady speed, revs flaring without matching acceleration, or the car entering a reduced-power mode on a hot day. Heat is the main enemy in Dubai, as it ages CVT fluid quickly. Many cases improve with a correct fluid change using the Nissan-specified CVT fluid and a relearn; others need valve-body work or a replacement unit, which we only recommend after a data-backed diagnosis.

Y62 Patrols fitted with Hydraulic Body Motion Control use pressurised lines and accumulators to resist body roll. When a line seeps or an accumulator loses its charge, the car starts to lean in corners and float over bumps, and you may spot fluid near the wheels. We inspect the lines, pressure-test the system and replace the specific failed component, then road-test to confirm the body control has returned.

Yes. On a Sunny or Kicks, AC that cools while moving but warms up at idle usually points to a condenser fan problem, a partly blocked condenser or a low refrigerant charge from a small leak. We test the fan, inspect the condenser, add UV dye to locate any leak, and recover and recharge the refrigerant by weight. We also replace a clogged cabin filter, which often restores airflow on its own.

Our Al Quoz workshop handles Nissan body repair in-house: dent removal, bumper and panel repairs, and paint matched to your car's colour code. Parking sensors and cameras are removed and refitted carefully, then checked with the scan once the panel is back on. You get photos and a written estimate before work starts. For deep scratches, our car painting service blends the repair into neighbouring panels so the colour shift is invisible.

First try holding the fob directly against the start button, which many Nissans accept as a backup when the fob battery is weak. If the car starts, the fob battery is the likely cause. If it still refuses, the fault may be the car's antenna, the immobiliser or the car battery itself, since low voltage confuses keyless systems. Our scan narrows down which one before anything is replaced.

Once you have approved the quote, you can pay by cash or card, or use Tabby or Tamara to split the bill into four interest-free payments, which suits bigger jobs such as a CVT replacement or a Patrol suspension repair. You receive an itemised invoice either way, listing every part and whether it was genuine Nissan or OE-spec.
