Yes, an oil change can be booked on its own. We use oil matching the specification for your engine, whether that is the older naturally aspirated V8 or V12 or the newer twin-turbo units, fit a new filter, check the level correctly for your engine and reset the service reminder. While the car is on the lift we also note any leaks, brake wear or tyre damage and tell you about them without adding them to the bill unless you agree.

We can. On the DBX, an air suspension problem tends to announce itself with a dashboard message, a corner that has dropped overnight, or a compressor you can hear running longer than it used to. As the heaviest Aston Martin, the DBX loads its springs hard, and summer temperatures age the rubber bellows. Our suspension repair team leak-tests each spring and line, checks compressor output and reads the suspension module, then quotes for the single failed part and recalibrates ride height afterwards.

Owners come to us when their warranty has expired, when they want a second opinion, or when they prefer direct contact with the technician on the car. We source genuine or OE-spec Aston Martin parts and tell you which you are getting. If the car is still covered by a manufacturer warranty, check its conditions first.

Yes, collection and return are free anywhere in Dubai, from Emirates Hills to Al Barsha to Dubai Creek Harbour. Our driver collects at an agreed time, records the condition of the car, and drives it to our Al Quoz workshop. When the work is finished and you have approved the invoice, the car is returned to the same address or another you choose. If the car cannot be driven safely, recovery can be arranged.

We take cash and all major cards, plus Tabby and Tamara, which spread the bill over four interest-free instalments. Owners often use instalments for larger Aston Martin jobs such as a Sportshift clutch, brake overhaul or air suspension repair. The invoice is settled after the car is finished and will match the figure you agreed. If we find anything extra, we contact you before carrying it out. Many DB11 and DBX owners split the cost of tyres and brakes this way before a long road trip.
