Battery First, Tow Second
Most Dubai "breakdowns" are actually dead batteries in disguise. A tow straight to the dealership can cost starting from AED 250 plus a garage diagnosis fee — when a AED 99 jumpstart would have got you home. That is why our default approach is battery-first: we send a technician with a jumpstart pack and load tester before we send a flatbed.
If the load test shows your battery is dead and non-chargeable, we can fit a new one on the spot (see battery replacement). If the starter motor, alternator or something more serious has failed, we then coordinate a flatbed through our vetted Dubai recovery partners to the garage of your choice.
We default to flatbed recovery for all AWD/4WD, EV, performance and lowered vehicles. All four wheels leave the ground, so there is no drivetrain, gearbox or underbody damage risk. Our partners operate modern rigs with hydraulic winches, soft straps and proper EV-safe handling procedures.

No — they solve different problems. If your car is not starting, a jumpstart or battery replacement is usually all you need and is much cheaper.
How much does car recovery cost in Dubai?
Flatbed recovery within Dubai typically costs starting from AED 150. Short zone tows (for example JLT to Al Quoz garage) are around starting from AED 150. Cross-city tows are starting from AED 250.
Is this your own fleet or a partner service?
Recovery is delivered through a vetted Dubai recovery partner network. We coordinate the booking, give you a single fixed quote, and send the nearest approved flatbed. Battery diagnosis and jumpstart remains our own service.
Can you handle accident recovery?
Yes, once the police report is completed and any required Dubai Police clearance is done, our recovery partners can move your vehicle from the accident site to a body shop or insurance-appointed garage. We will advise on the correct steps.
Do you tow luxury, electric and lowered cars?
Yes. Flatbed recovery is safe for supercars, EVs (Tesla, Porsche Taycan, BMW iX), and lowered vehicles — all four wheels are off the ground so no drivetrain damage risk. We specify flatbed by default for AWD, EV and performance cars.
How fast can the flatbed reach me?
Typical flatbed arrival in Dubai is 25-45 minutes depending on zone and time of day. In rush hour on Sheikh Zayed Road or during sandstorms, allow a bit more. You will get an ETA confirmation on WhatsApp after booking.
