Low-speed judder on an S tronic usually comes from clutch wear, outdated clutch adaptation values or a mechatronic fault. Old gearbox fluid can also play a part, particularly if the service interval has been missed. We read the clutch data in ODIS, check fluid condition and run a basic setting. Many cars improve after a fluid change and adaptation alone; where the clutch pack or mechatronic unit is worn, we quote that separately and explain why.

On 2.0 TFSI engines the combined water pump and thermostat housing is a common source. It sits low at the back of the engine and coolant often evaporates off hot parts before it reaches the ground, leaving a pink or white crust. Other possibilities are the coolant expansion tank, a pipe joint or a turbo coolant line. We pressure-test the system hot and cold to pinpoint the source and replace the failed part.

It depends on the model. Transverse-engine Audis such as the A3, S3, Q2 and Q3 use a multi-plate clutch coupling at the rear axle that needs fresh fluid and a new filter at set intervals. If ignored, the coupling pump can fail and the car becomes front-wheel drive without a clear warning. Longitudinal models such as the A4, A6 and Q5 have different quattro hardware with their own fluid requirements. We check your exact system and advise from the scan.

Yes. Air suspension on the Q7, Q8, A8 and A6 allroad can sag when an air strut or line leaks, or when the compressor tires from running too often. We read the suspension module with ODIS, pressure-test each strut and check the compressor relay. After the faulty part is replaced, the ride height is calibrated in the software. For coil-sprung Audis, we handle worn control arms, bushes and shock absorbers in the same visit.

We offer both. Genuine Audi parts come in Audi packaging, while OE-spec parts are made to the same specification, often by the same suppliers, and usually cost less. Your quote lists which type we propose for each line and the alternative where one exists. We fit the parts you choose, never swap them without asking, and cover parts and labour with our workshop warranty. On older Audis, OE-spec parts are often the sensible choice, while on cars with complex electronics we may recommend genuine for specific modules.

If your Audi has lost drive or is flashing a red warning, tell us when you book, and we will arrange recovery to the workshop instead of a driven pickup.
