Most V4 service packages are returned the same day. V6 and V8 packages may take longer due to the larger work scope. We give you a clear return time when we collect the car, and call you if anything in the inspection requires extra approval.

We inspect first, then quote any needed parts separately. Nothing is fitted without your written approval. The package price covers labour and the standard service items listed in the inclusions; replacement parts (brake pads, spark plugs, filters beyond standard) are quoted before any work starts.
