Every battery we fit in Dubai — from a basic DIN55 sedan battery to a premium AGM H9 for a Range Rover — is covered by a full manufacturer warranty up to 18 months, serviced at your location free of charge.
How the Warranty Works
Car battery warranty Dubai claims are often made unnecessarily complicated. Ours is simple: if the battery we fitted fails within up to 18 months due to a manufacturing defect, we come to your location and swap it free of charge. You do not need to tow the car, drop the battery off at a shop, or fill out paperwork at the dealership.
Every battery carries a physical warranty card handed over at the time of fitting, with the fit date, car registration, battery serial number and warranty expiry clearly printed. We also keep a digital copy against your WhatsApp number, so if you lose the card we can still pull up your record in seconds.
The up to 18-month cover applies equally to all four brands we fit: Amaron, Bosch, Varta, and ACDelco. Premium AGM batteries carry the same up to 18-month period. Commercial fleet vehicles doing high daily mileage are covered on a pro-rata basis after month 12 — we will spell out the terms clearly on your WhatsApp quote.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects — premature cell failure, internal short, casing leak from faulty seal.
- Failure to hold charge when load-tested by our technician, with no other fault (alternator, parasitic drain).
- Free mobile swap at your location in Dubai.
- Re-coding / BMS registration of the replacement battery where required.
- Free old battery disposal.
- New warranty card issued for the replacement battery (balance of the original up to 18 months).
Not Covered
- Physical damage — impact, dropping the battery, terminal damage from improper jumpstart.
- Deep over-discharge damage from leaving lights on for extended periods or parking for weeks.
- Incorrect charging caused by a faulty alternator or parasitic current drain (we will help diagnose free of charge).
- Aftermarket accessory overload (large sound systems, winches) beyond battery rating.
- Modified or tampered casings, removed or scratched-off serial numbers.
- Normal end-of-life degradation beyond up to 18 months.
