Signs Your Tesla Needs a Workshop Visit
Teslas report many faults on the touchscreen, but some problems only show up as noises, wear or a change in behaviour. Book a check if you notice any of these.

Tesla Repair in Dubai: The Work We Carry Out
With no fluid changes every few months, Tesla upkeep centres on a short list of wear items, and Dubai heat makes most of them more urgent.
12V battery replacement
The small 12V battery runs the locks, screens and computers that wake the car, and when it fails a Tesla can refuse to unlock or drive. Earlier cars use a lead-acid 12V; newer builds moved to lithium-ion. We test, replace and confirm the car wakes normally, much as our car battery replacement team does for other brands.
AC and heat pump repair
Newer Model 3 and Model Y cars cool the cabin with a heat pump system that also manages battery temperature. Weak cooling can come from a blocked cabin filter, a refrigerant leak or a sensor fault, and we diagnose which through our car AC repair process.
Tesla suspension repair
Front control arms on the Model 3 and Model Y are a well-known source of creaks and clunks, while the Model S and Model X can have air suspension faults. We inspect, replace worn arms or air components and check ride height afterwards.
Brakes that rarely get used
Regenerative braking does most of the stopping, so pads last a long time but calipers and slide pins can stick from lack of use, and discs collect surface rust. We clean, lubricate and replace parts only where needed, with fluid condition checked too.
Tyres and alignment
A heavy EV with instant torque wears tyres quickly, and Model 3 and Model Y owners often see inner-edge wear at the rear. We rotate, replace and set alignment through our wheel alignment service.
Body and paint repair
Car-park scrapes, bumper damage and stone chips are routine on Dubai Teslas. Our body repair bay handles cosmetic panel work and colour-matched paint, with sensors and cameras checked after refitting.

An Independent Option for Tesla Owners in Dubai
A large share of the faults Tesla owners bring us are mechanically simple: a creaking control arm, a tired 12V battery, a set of tyres or an alignment. Those are exactly the jobs an experienced independent workshop does well, and they rarely need specialist high-voltage work. We are not part of Tesla's network and do not claim to be. What we offer is a straightforward scan, a clear quote, and repairs on the low-voltage and chassis systems of the car.
We are equally clear about our limits. We do not open or repair high-voltage battery packs or their internal components. If your scan points to a fault in that area, we tell you so in writing, and you can take the car to Tesla with that information rather than paying us to guess. Everything else on our list is carried out with genuine or OE-spec parts, and you are told which before we start.
The workshop sits on Al Manara Street in Al Quoz, a short hop from Exit 43 on Sheikh Zayed Road, with doors open from 9AM until 9PM every day. Pickup and delivery are free anywhere in Dubai, so the car can be collected from your building's parking, worked on and returned to the same bay. Bookings by phone or WhatsApp are taken around the clock, which helps if a 12V alert appears late in the evening.
Tesla Fault or Routine Care: Which Should You Book?
Teslas need less routine work than older cars, but they are not maintenance-free.
Book a diagnostic check if

Before You Book Your Tesla
What does a Tesla diagnostic check cost?
Our Tesla diagnostic check is AED 100. We read the fault messages the car has stored, inspect the area involved, whether that is the 12V system, AC, suspension or brakes, and give you an itemised quote. If the problem lies inside the high-voltage battery, we tell you directly, because that is not work we carry out. You only commit to a repair once you have seen the findings and approved the quote.
Why does my Tesla say the 12V battery needs service?
The 12V battery powers the door locks, screens and control computers that bring the car to life, and the main battery tops it up while the car is on. When the 12V weakens, Tesla shows a service alert, and if ignored the car may fail to unlock or wake. Dubai heat shortens 12V life. We test the battery, replace it with the correct type for your car's build, and confirm the car wakes and charges it normally afterwards.
Can you jump start a Tesla with a dead 12V battery?
Often, yes. A Tesla with a flat 12V battery cannot open its doors or bonnet electrically, but there is a way to supply power to the front of the car so it wakes and the frunk can be opened. Our jump start service team can help get the car responding. Once it is awake, we recommend testing and usually replacing the 12V battery, because one that has gone completely flat rarely recovers fully.
Do you fix Tesla AC and heat pump problems?
Yes. In Dubai's summer, cabin cooling problems are among the most common Tesla complaints. Causes range from a clogged cabin air filter and refrigerant leaks to sensor or valve faults in the heat pump system fitted to newer Model 3 and Model Y cars. We check airflow, refrigerant pressure and stored fault messages, then quote for the specific fix. Replacing the cabin filter alone can make a noticeable difference to airflow and smell.
What causes the creak from a Model 3 or Model Y front end?
A creak or clunk from the front of a Model 3 or Model Y over speed humps is very often caused by worn front upper control arms, a known weak point on these cars. Worn ball joints, bushes or loose fittings can sound similar. We lift the car, load-test each joint and identify the worn part, then quote for replacement through our suspension repair team, followed by an alignment check.
Do Tesla brakes need servicing if regen does most of the work?
They do, but for a different reason than most cars. Because regenerative braking slows the car most of the time, pads wear slowly, but calipers and slide pins can stick from lack of use and discs can develop surface rust. That shows up as grinding, uneven braking or a pull to one side. We clean and lubricate the calipers, check disc condition and brake fluid, and replace pads or discs only when they are actually worn.
Do you collect Teslas from apartment buildings?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free anywhere in Dubai, including residential towers in Dubai Marina, JLT and Downtown where the car is parked in a basement. Our driver collects at an agreed time, records the car's condition, and returns it to the same parking bay once the work is done. Please make sure the car can be unlocked with a key card or that you can hand over access, especially if the 12V battery is weak.
Can I use an independent workshop instead of the Tesla Service Center?
For many jobs, yes. The Tesla Service Center remains the place for warranty claims, recalls, software issues and anything inside the high-voltage battery or drive unit. Wear-and-tear work is different: 12V battery replacement, AC and heat pump faults, front suspension creaks, brakes, tyres, alignment and body or paint repairs can all be handled by an independent workshop like ours, often with a shorter wait. If your Tesla is still under warranty, check the terms for the specific repair first, and keep our itemised invoice with your records.
