Is this the Suzuki service centre in Al Quoz?
No. We are an independent multi-brand workshop on Al Manara Street in Al Quoz, separate from the brand's own service network. Suzuki owners come to us when they want straightforward repairs, direct contact with the person working on the car, free collection, and quotes that match the value of a small car. If your Suzuki is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll tell you when a fault is worth taking back to the brand's network instead.
My Swift's AC is weak in traffic but fine on the highway. Why?
That pattern usually means the condenser isn't getting enough airflow when the car is stationary. The cause might be a failing radiator fan, a fan relay, or a condenser blocked with dust and insects. A slightly low refrigerant charge can make it worse. On a small-engined car like the Swift, the AC has less margin to begin with, so these faults show up quickly. We test the fan, check pressures and clean or replace the condenser as needed.
Can you keep my Dzire or Ciaz running for work with minimal downtime?
Yes. Many Dzire and Ciaz owners use their cars for work, so we prioritise getting them back on the road. Where a part has to be ordered, we tell you the expected wait before starting so you can plan around it.
What should I check on my Jimny after a desert trip?
Look for grease around the inside of the front wheels, which suggests a split CV boot, and listen for clicking on full lock. Check that the steering returns to centre and feels steady at highway speed; a wobble can point to a worn steering damper or tie rod ends. Sand in the radiator fins and brakes is also common. We can inspect all of this together, clean out the sand and quote for any damaged parts.
Do you work on manual and automatic Suzukis?
